Unit 2, Meridian House,
Nazeing Glass Ind Est,
Nazeing New Road,
Up to certain size limitations glass processing is carried out on the premises. This includes straight line glass edge polishing, shaped glass edge polishing, ground finger grips for cabinet sliding doors and drilling in glass.
For glass drilling a twin head drilling machine is used.
Drill sizes we keep vary from 3mm diameter right up to 80mm diameter and all holes up to 20mm diameter can be countersunk.
For 6mm glass, a multi spindle straight line edger is used.
This machine can process the edges of much larger panes than could ever be handled on the smaller upright polisher.
It gives what is referred to in the trade as a flat and arriss polish which is accepted as a very attractive finish
Although restricted by size and weight of the pane this upright polisher enables for the processing of 4mm & 6mm glass and can polish the internal or external curved edges and radius corners on glass panes.
The edge finish on this machine is called pencil round which is a curved edge.
This machine produces ground finger grips in glass cabinet sliding doors.
These can be ground in 4mm or 6mm glass
